TITLE

FISCAL IMPACT

Funding for the purchases has been included in the FY 2020 Water Department budget and have been included the financial projections. By not participating in the OMNIA purchasing cooperative, the Water department could not participate in government pricing and incur additional computer equipment procurement costs, additional unit costs and shipping times by bidding out the technology specification.
