TITLE

DISCUSSION

Steven Lowe has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on August 20, 2019, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release in the amount of $65,000.00 by the City and Steven Lowe.
