City Council approval is requested to enter into a contract with Elastec, Inc., for the purchase of a E28 Fast Response Landing Craft Boat for the Parks, Recreation and Marine Department, Beach Maintenance Division. Elastec, Inc., is the manufacturer and sole distributor for this type of specialized boating equipment.
