TITLE

Recommendation to suspend Council rule contained in Long Beach Municipal Code 2.03.020 (B) to cancel the meeting of July 23, 2019.

DISCUSSION

In preparation for moving to the new City Hall, fewer City Council meetings will be needed for the last month. Cancelling the meeting will allow various departments to conduct their moves during July without encumbrance.

FISCAL IMPACT

There is no fiscal impact, other than cost savings from not having a meeting.

Approve recommendation.
