Approve the proposed improvement to baseball field 1 at Whaley Park South and Authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute all documents necessary for a new Right of Entry Permit with Long Beach Pony Baseball at Whaley Park, a non-profit corporation and/or its agents to facilitate the performance of the proposed improvement, for a period of one year with one, one-year renewal; authorize the Director to amend the scope of work as needed; and accept a donation of planning, labor and materials.
