TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file a presentation providing an update on the status of LB COAST. (Citywide)
DISCUSSION
In 2014, the City Council authorized and established as a priority, the largest technology project to modernize the City’s financial, human resources, and payroll processes by implementing a new system - commonly known as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The City’s ERP implementation project is called LB COAST and it is implementing the “Munis” system from Tyler Technologies.
This presentation updates the City Council on the implementation of LB COAST. The first phase of the project is focused on the financial system, which is tentatively scheduled to Go-Live on April 15, 2019.
