Approve the proposed improvements to baseball field 6 at El Dorado West Park and Authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute all documents necessary for a new Right of Entry Permit with Los Altos Youth Baseball and Softball of Long Beach, a non-profit corporation and/or its agents to facilitate the performance of the various improvements, for a period of two years with one, one-year renewal; authorize the Director to amend the scope of work as needed; and accept a donation of planning, labor and materials.
