DISCUSSION
The City Attorney currently has the need for attorneys whose practice emphasizes specialized public infrastructure advice.  This advice would be in relation to the Zero Emissions Container Mover system (ZECMS).  The law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP possesses specialized public infrastructure expertise.
 
Expenditures under this agreement shall not exceed $100,000, unless additional funds are authorized by the Board of Harbor Commissioners.  All expenditures shall be paid from the Harbor Revenue Fund.

Approve recommendation.
