Approve the new concept submitted by Honoring Our Fallen, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Cypress, California, to add the “Global War on Terror Wall of Remembrance” to the existing Honoring Our Fallen Memorial Wall;
Authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right of Entry Permit and any other documents necessary for the installation of the Global War on Terror Wall of Remembrance, and the maintenance of both the Honoring Our Fallen Memorial Wall and the Global War on Terror Wall of Remembrance, with Honoring Our Fallen for a three-year term, from April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2021, with one, three-year renewal option.
