TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file a report on travel to Dallas, Texas, for the 2017 NALEO Conference in June 2017.
DISCUSSION
From June 22 - 24, 2017, I traveled to Dallas, Texas as Councilwoman to participate in the national conference. While in Dallas, I met with Latino leaders in government and
private sector industries to discuss issues of emerging trends for the Latino community across the nation and participated in group discussions about inclusion, empowerment
and economic impacts.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact with the filing of this report.

Approve recommendation.
