TITLE

DISCUSSION

Pedro Jimenez has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on October 17, 2017, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release in the amount of $120,000 by the City and Pedro Jimenez.
