Stars Behavioral Health Group is interested in subcontracting with the Health and Human Services Department (Health Department), to provide Safe Children and Strong Families (SCSF) Program services, in an amount up to $397,000, for the period of November 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. CFY staff will provide: (1) case management services for Stars Behavioral Health Group referred cases; (2) coordinate, monitor and report on referred client caseload to Stars Behavioral Health Group; and, (3) provide Stars Behavioral Health Group with the required case management information to attest to the improvement in the lives of children and families who have experienced violence and/or neglect in their homes. The CFY has provided family preservation services for over 20 years and is ready to continue forging pathways to ensure that families are safe and healthy.
