TITLE
Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute a Third Amendment to Contract No. 33263 with AndersonPenna Partners, Inc., of Newport Beach, CA, for project management services for the Belmont Plaza Pool Facility Rebuild/Revitalization Project, to extend the contract term for an additional two-year period ending October 1, 2019. DISCUSSION
City Council action is requested to amend Contract No. 33263 with AndersonPenna Partners, Inc., of Newport Beach, CA, for project management services for the Belmont Plaza Pool Facility Rebuild/Revitalization Project (Project). There is adequate funding remaining in the total contract amount; therefore, no additional funding is requested as part of this amendment.

This matter was reviewed by Deputy City Attorney Linda T. Vu on September 5, 2017 and by Budget Analysis Officer Julissa Jose-Murray on September 6, 2017.

TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council action is requested on October 3, 2017, to allow for an uninterrupted continuation of services.

FISCAL IMPACT
The requested action extends the contract term for an additional two-year period ending on October 1, 2019, and will not increase the contract amount of $1,247,474. Sufficient funding to support this contract is budgeted in the Tidel...
