TITLE

DISCUSSION

Lawrence Mulock has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on September 19, 2017, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Lawrence Mulock, based upon an 84 percent disability rating with further provisions for a life pension at the rate of $185.54 per week after the permanent disability has been paid, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
