TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of MOD Super Fast Pizza (California), LLC, dba MOD Pizza, for an original application of an Alcoholic Beverage Control license, at 3861 North Lakewood Boulevard. (District 5)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for ABC licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible basis for protest.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council action is requested on October 3, 2017, to respond to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by the October 10, 2017, due date.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this recommendation.
