DISCUSSION
On August 9, 2016, the City Council authorized an agreement with the California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) to accept funding in the amount of $49,784, for the period of October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017, to implement the Health and Human Services Department (Health Department) Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Initiative (Initiative).
