DISCUSSION

Elizabeth Crossley made two claims for Workers’ Compensation benefits prior to her death.  The Economic Development and Finance Committee on July 18, 2017, approved the submission to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of accrued Workers’ Compensation benefits payable to the Estate of Elizabeth Crossley by her surviving husband and sister.
