TITLE

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a one year agreement for legal services with the Law Offices of Michael M. Peters in an annual amount of $300,000, with the option to renew for two additional one year periods, to continue representation of the City in Civil Service Disciplinary Appeal Hearings.
