DISCUSSION
The Federal Legislation Committee, at its meeting held Tuesday, December 9, 2008 considered communications relative to the above subject.
It is the recommendation of the Federal Legislation Committee that the City Council concur in the recommendations of the Committee to discuss and take action on the 2009 Federal Legislative Agenda.

Approve recommendation.
