TITLE

DISCUSSION

Chris Anderson has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 21, 2017, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Chris Anderson, based upon a 55 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

 

Tina Icorn has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 21, 2017, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Tina Icorn, based upon 1) an 8 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 2) a 50 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

 

Samuel Rizzuto has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 21, 2017, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Samuel Rizzuto, based upon a 47 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
