TITLE

Recommendation to approve the transfer of the First Council District Divide by Nine Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 one-time funds in the amount of $60,369 to the First District operating budget FY 17 to be used for community meetings, events, and public outreach efforts.

DISCUSSION

In accordance with the City's "Procedures for Implementation of Divide by Nine Funding," the First Council District is requesting that its Divide by Nine FY 16 one-time funds be transferred over to its FY 17 operating budget.

FISCAL IMPACT

The appropriation increase of $60,369 to the First Council District operating budget is offset by the First Council District Divide by Nine FY 16 one-time funds. City Council authorization is necessary to reassign the funds.

Approve recommendation.
