DISCUSSION
Norton Hampton has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on December 20, 2016, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Norton Hampton, based upon a 45 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Donald Radcliff has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on December 20, 2016, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of three Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Donald Radcliff, based upon 1) a 53 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, 2) a zero percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 3) a 67 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Parine Soth has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach.
