DISCUSSION
Frank Bailey has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on April 19, 2016, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Frank Bailey, based upon 1) a 36 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 2) a 5 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Kenneth Cobb has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on April 19, 2016, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of three Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Kenneth Cobb, based upon 1) a 56 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, 2) an 18 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, 3) a 17 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 4) a Compromise and Release in the amount of $7,000.00.
