TITLE
Recommendation to authorize agreement between the City of Long Beach and the law firm of Nossaman LLP to assist the City Attorney in connection with real estate litigation services.
DISCUSSION
The City Attorney currently has the need for attorneys specializing in real estate litigation matters. The law firm of Nossaman LLP possesses this expertise.
Expenditures under this agreement shall not exceed $500,000, unless additional funds are authorized by the Board of Harbor Commissioners. All expenditures shall be paid from the Harbor Revenue Fund.
