TITLE
Recommendation to suspend Council rule contained in Long Beach Municipal Code Section 2.03.020(B) relating to the meeting schedule of the City Council in order to cancel the meeting of
March 15, 2016.
DISCUSSION
In order to complete important city business in a timely manner, two additional meetings of the City Council were scheduled in the first two months of this year - January 26 and February 23.
The purpose of this item is to suspend Council rule contained in Municipal Code Section 2.03.020 (8) relating to the meeting schedule of the City Council in order to cancel the meeting of March 15, 2016.
