DISCUSSION

On February 14, 2006, this item was laid over for 30 days (Attachment A). The business license applicant has been making suitable progress towards complying with California State Building Codes; however, more time is required to complete installation and inspection of electrical service. The Planning and Building Department recommends an additional 30-day extension of time (Attachment B).
