TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file report on travel to Washington, DC, for a Federal Legislation Committee trip in November 2015.
DISCUSSION
From November 18th-20th, I travelled to Washington, D.C., as Chair on behalf of the Federal Legislation Committee.
Along with City staff, we were able to meet with Congressional representatives, the Office of Cabinet Affairs, and the Department of Transportation to provide various Long Beach updates and discuss relevant issues related to the City's federal legislative agenda.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to file this report.
