TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file report on travel to Sacramento, CA for the 2015 Long Beach State Legislative Trip.
DISCUSSION
On February 25, 2015, I traveled to Sacramento as the Chair of the City Council's State Legislation Committee, as part of a delegation for the 2015 Long Beach State Legislative trip. Along with the Mayor, city staff, and representatives of the Harbor Department, we met with our state legislative delegation, the leadership of the State Senate and Assembly, and representatives of the Governor's office and Department of Finance to discuss Long Beach's state legislative agenda.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact with the filing of this report.
