TITLE
Recommendation to adopt resolution approving the Proposed Fiscal Year 2015 Harbor Department Salary Resolution No. HD-2780.
DISCUSSION
The Board of Harbor Commissioners adopted, at its meeting of September 22, 2014, Resolution No. HD-2780, the FY15 Harbor Department Salary Resolution. This document sets forth matters of compensation and organizational structure for the Harbor Department in accordance with the City Charter. This resolution contains proposed management job titles, proposed classified and unclassified job titles, title and pay range changes. Organizational structure changes are reflected in the attached organizational chart.
In the interest of expediency, we have taken the liberty of requesting the City Attorney's Office to prepare an appropriate Resolution of Approval for your consideration and City Council's adoption. We respectfully request that you support and adopt the Resolution of Approval, approving the FY15 Harbor Department Salary Resolution.
