TITLE

DISCUSSION
Robert Robles has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on September 16, 2014, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Robert Robles, based upon a 52 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
 
Paul Wegner has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on September 16, 2014, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulations with Request for Awards by the City and Paul Wegner, based upon (1) an 11 percent disability rating and (2) a 47  percent  disability rating, both with provisions for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Approve recommendation.
