TITLE
Recommendation to respectfully request City Attorney to prepare an ordinance to extend the Belmont Shore news rack pilot program for an additional year.
DISCUSSION
Due to the ongoing effectiveness of the pilot program regulating the placement and appearance of news racks on Second Street in Belmont Shore, it is appropriate that [he City Council adopt an identical ordinance extending the program for an additional year. The current ordinance will expire unless renewed.
