TITLE

Recommendation to City Council to concur in recommendation of the Personnel and Civil Service Committee to receive the communications and confirm appointments to the Citizen Police Complaint Commission (1 new appointment) and the Planning Commission (2 new appointments).

DISCUSSION

The Personnel and Civil Service Committee, at its meeting held April 1, 2008, considered communications relative to the above subject.

It is the recommendation of the Personnel and Civil Service Committee to the City Council that the communications be received and the following appointments confirmed:  Citizen Police Complaint Commission (1 new appointment) and Planning commission (2 new appointments).

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
