TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of JMB 516 Incorporated, dba Shore House Cafe, for a stock transfer of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License, at 5271 East 2nd Street, with existing conditions. (District 3)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses.
This Stock Transfer application is placed on the Consent Calendar for your information only; conditions that were placed on the original license continue to be enforceable.

TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will finalize this transfer on January 25, 2008. Accordingly, City Council action is required at the January 22, 2008 City Council meeting. .
