DISCUSSION
I attended the California Contract Cities Association 48th Annual Municipal Seminar in Indian Wells, CA from Thursday evening, May 17t through Sunday morning, May 20th, 2007. The California Contract Cities Association is comprised of member cities that contract for major municipal services on an as needed basis, such as police services, fire services, animal control, public works, and/or building and safety.
