DISCUSSION
Kevin Bradburn has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on January 16, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Kevin Bradburn, based upon a 9 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Jacqueline Deak has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on January 16, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Jacqueline Deak, based upon a 36 % percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

David Mc Ghee has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on January 16, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and David Mc Ghee, based upon a 71 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
