TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of Bai Plu Thai and Aki Sushi Bar Incorporated, dba Bai Plu Authentic Thai Cuisine and Aki Sushi Bar, for a fiduciary transfer of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License, at 1626-28 East 7th Street, with existing conditions. (District 2)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses. This Fiduciary Transfer application is placed on the consent calendar for your information only; conditions that were placed on the original license continue to be enforceable. Additional information and a map are attached.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will finalize this transfer on May 2, 2006. Accordingly, City Council action is required on or before the April 18, 2006 City Council meeting.
