TITLE

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to Contract No. 29414 with the law firm of Ezra, Brutzkus, Gubner, LLP, for an additional $200,000, not to exceed $400,000 in order that they may continue to represent the City's interests in the above-entitled case.
