TITLE

Recommendation to receive and file the Public Works Department's Presentation on Parkway Tree Policies.  (Citywide)

DISCUSSION

On October 18, 2005, Councilwoman Laura Richardson requested a report detailing

City policies regarding parkway tree removal and replacement (Attachment 1 ). Staff will

be presenting a powerpoint presentation detailing the policies outlined in the tree policy

document (Attachment 2).

TIMING CONSIDERATIONS

City Council action on this matter is not time critical.

FISCAL IMPACT

None.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
