Because of the nature of the work and the need for ongoing maintenance and web hosting services, it is requested that Public Works enter an agreement to allow for uninterrupted use of the custom applications. This matter was reviewed by Senior Deputy City Attorney Donna F. Gwin on November 30,2005, and Budget Management Officer David Wodynski on December 1 , 2005.
