TITLE

DISCUSSION
Ronald Foster has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on October 18, 2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Ronald Foster, based upon a 60 percent disability rating and a 24-1/2 percent permanent disability, both with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
 
AND
 
Tammera Gamer has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on October 18, 2005 approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Tammera Gamer, based upon a 61 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
 
AND
 
David Hainley has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on October 18, 2005, 2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and David Hainley, based upon a 30 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
