TITLE
Recommendation to authorize agreement between City of Long Beach and the law firm of Cameron, Pearlson & Foster to assist City Attorney in connection with real estate matters.
DISCUSSION
The City Attorney currently has the need for attorneys specialized in real estate matters. The law firm of Cameron, Pearlson & Foster possesses this expertise.
Expenditures under this agreement shall not exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), unless additional funds are authorized by the Board of Harbor Commissioners. All expenditures shall be paid from the Harbor Revenue Fund.
