TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of Dream Cruises Incorporated, dba Adventure Yacht Charters, for a stock transfer of an On-Sale General Alcoholic Beverage Control License for boat, at Rainbow Harbor Dock 6A, with existing conditions. (District 2)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses.
This Stock Transfer application is placed on the Consent Calendar for your information
only; conditions that were placed on the original license continue to be enforceable.

TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will finalize this transfer on June 24,
2005. Accordingly, City Council action is required at the June 21, 2005 City Council
meeting.
