DISCUSSION
The ordinance is submitted for second reading and adoption by the City Council.
Background:
On May 10, 2005, the City Council conducted a public hearing and adopted an
urgency ordinance approving a moratorium prohibiting the establishment of
medical marijuana dispensaries in the City until suitable regulations can be
developed and put in place.
