pay $15,500.00 in compliance with the Appeals Board Order for Clarence Clement.

Clarence Clement has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on May 3,2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation

Appeals Board of a Compromise and Release by the City and Mr. Clement.
