TITLE

DISCUSSION

Alan Clary has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on April 5, 2005 approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation

Appeals Board of Compromise and Release by the City and Alan Clary, based upon a 35 percent disability rating.
