TITLE
Recommendation to refer to City Attorney the damage claims received between April 28, 2005 and May 5, 2005.
DISCUSSION
In compliance with California law, the attached list of claims for damages is herby presented to the City Council. The attached report lists claims for damages received by the City Clerk
Department as of 1200 noon each Thursday. Upon approval of the suggested action, the City Clerk Department will forward the list of claims for damages and copies of the corresponding documents to the City Attorney for further review and investigation.
