DISCUSSION
The street infrastructure on Artesia Boulevard between the west City limit and Butler Avenue is in need of rehabilitation. The Artesia Boulevard rehabilitation work consists primarily of pavement crack filling, milling and street resurfacing; replacing damaged driveways, sidewalks and curbs; installing bus pads, traffic striping, markings, and markers; traffic control; water quality best management practices; and related improvements between the west City limits and Butler Avenue, adjacent to Compton Community College.
