SUGGESTED ACTION
Adopt Resolution exempting City Purchasing Agent from Municipal Code Section 2.84.010 and increasing authority of City Purchasing Agent to issue a $200,000 purchase order solely with respect to State of California Department of Justice for LiveScan fingerprinting services and a $200,000 purchase order solely with respect to Los Angeles County Sheriff for prisoner booking and maintenance charges with written approval of and in accordance with procedures provided by the City Manager.
