SUGGESTED ACTION
Request City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance, should the City Council establish itself the Redevelopment Agency Board to read as follows: "Require that property tax increments must be spent within the Redevelopment Project Area in which it was generated, except for low and moderate housing set-aside funds."
