SUGGESTED ACTION
Request City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance, should the City Council establish itself the Redevelopment Agency Board to read as follows: "Require that any increase in the stipend received by the Redevelopment Agency Board shall not become effective until after the incumbent member is no longer in office."
